PASTOR R. & MRS N NCWADI (Lead Pastors)

Bibleway Christian Ministries

Pastor R. Ncwadi assisted by his wife, Mrs Neliswa Ncwadi, serves as the Senior Pastor of Bibleway Christian Ministries, providing spiritual and pastoral leadership to the church. His ministry is centred on the preaching and teaching of the Word of God, evangelism, prayer, discipleship and the spiritual development of believers. He is committed to proclaiming Jesus Christ and equipping believers to build their lives upon the authority and principles of Scripture.

ELDERS

The Elders of Bibleway Christian Ministries serve alongside the Senior Pastor in providing spiritual oversight, prayer, pastoral support and guidance to the congregation. They are called to demonstrate Christian maturity, uphold sound biblical teaching and help care for the spiritual wellbeing of the church.

Through prayer, counsel and faithful service, they assist in strengthening the unity, order and spiritual growth of the congregation.

SENIOR MOTHERS

The Senior Mothers of Bibleway Christian Ministries serve the church through prayer, spiritual guidance, encouragement and the nurturing of believers. Drawing upon Christian maturity and experience, they provide support to the pastoral ministry and help strengthen fellowship, godly conduct and spiritual growth within the church.

They have a particular role in encouraging women and young people, supporting families, participating in intercessory prayer and providing godly counsel where appropriate.

“The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness… teachers of good things.” — Titus 2:3 (KJV)

YOUTH LEADER

The Youth Leader serves under the pastoral leadership of Bibleway Christian Ministries, helping to guide, encourage and coordinate the spiritual development of young people.

The ministry seeks to help young people grow in the Word of God, prayer, Christian character, fellowship and service, while providing guidance as they navigate the challenges facing their generation.

SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER

The Sunday School Teacher serves our children by introducing them to Jesus Christ and the Word of God in ways appropriate to their age and understanding. Through Bible lessons, prayer, songs and Christian activities, the ministry seeks to establish strong biblical foundations in the lives of our children.

Our desire is that every child will come to know Jesus personally, develop a love for God’s Word and grow in faith and Christian character.

MUSIC MINISTRY — KEYBOARD PLAYERS

Our Keyboard Players serve Bibleway Christian Ministries by supporting the congregation in worship, praise and preparation for the ministry of the Word. Through their musical gifts, they help create an atmosphere in which the church can worship God together in unity and reverence.

They serve not merely as musicians, but as members of the ministry team who use their gifts for the glory of God and the edification of the Church.

USHERS MINISTRY

Our Ushers serve Bibleway Christian Ministries by helping to create a welcoming, orderly and caring environment for everyone who enters the house of God. They receive and assist worshippers and visitors, help maintain order during services, and provide practical support wherever needed.

Their ministry reflects the Christian values of hospitality, humility, service and love, helping every person who comes through our doors to feel welcomed and valued.

TECHNICAL & MEDIA TEAM

Our Technical & Media Team supports the ministry of Bibleway Christian Ministries through the faithful use of sound, audio-visual equipment, projection, recording and online broadcasting. The team works behind the scenes to ensure that the ministry of the Word, worship and other church activities can be clearly heard, effectively presented and shared with those joining us through our digital platforms.

Through technology and media, they help extend the reach of the Gospel beyond the walls of the local church.
